Frame

Our frames are built with kiln-dried solid wood, ensuring their durability. Through the wood drying process, moisture content is reduced, significantly reducing the risk of warping and shrinking due to temperature and humidity changes over time. Additionally, the joints are expertly glued and L-braced at the corners, further enhancing the longevity of our products.

Cushion and Suspension

Pocket Coils and Suspension: Our design incorporates pocketed-coils and no-sag springs to deliver exceptional support and long-lasting comfort. These elements effectively distribute weight while minimizing motion transfer. Each pocketed-coil spring is individually wrapped in fabric, allowing independent movement and quick response to your body's contours.

Cushions: For the seat cushion, pocket coils are encased by layers of memory foam, down feather, and 2.25 pound high density foam providing both comfort and durability, molding to your body for optimal support creating a plush yet sturdy feel.
To maintain shape and prevent the fibers from shifting, our back cushions are individually horizontally channeled with polyester fiberfill.
